Refund Policy
To honor the time, preparation, and expertise required for all EnstyledbyV services, all payments and deposits are
non-refundable.
However, to ensure fairness and client care, the following credit and rescheduling options apply:
Client-Initiated Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for client-initiated cancellations.
If the client must cancel due to verified medical emergencies, immediate family emergencies, or bereavement, the client will receive a credit equal to the amount paid.
Credits must be booked within 60 days of the original appointment date (the session itself can occur after the 60-day window).
Stylist-Initiated Cancellations
If EnstyledbyV must cancel for any reason, the client will receive a full credit toward a future service.
No penalties or additional fees will ever be charged for stylist-initiated cancellations.
Weather & Studio Conditions Policy
Because weather and studio conditions can be unpredictable, EnstyledbyV prioritizes client safety and creative quality.
Inclement Weather
Weather-related reschedules are allowed twice at no additional charge.
After the second weather-based reschedule, standard rescheduling fees may apply.
Extreme Weather or Unsafe Conditions
If conditions are deemed unsafe (storms, heavy rain, flooding, severe wind, etc.), the stylist may require rescheduling.
In this instance, a full credit is issued and must be booked within 60 days.
Credit may be applied to the same service or transferred to another service of equal or higher value.
Studio-Related Interruptions
If a studio becomes unavailable due to:
last-minute closures
technical issues
power outages
double bookings
The client may:
Reschedule without penalty, or
Receive a full credit (must be booked within 60 days)
