Subscription Services & Automatic Renewal
All styling subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis to provide uninterrupted access to personalized styling services. Subscriptions remain active until canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
​Billing & Payment Terms
Clients select their preferred billing date at the time of subscription activation.
Payments are processed automatically on the selected billing date each month or collected directly by the stylist as agreed.
A 10-day grace period is provided following the billing date. Services may continue during this time at the stylist’s discretion.
Failure to submit payment after the grace period may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is received.
Revenue & Value Allocation
Styling Services (Standard Subscription)
One hundred percent (100%) of the monthly subscription fee is earned by the stylist and reflects professional styling services, creative direction, planning, and time invested.
No portion of the fee is held or implied as unused value.

Personal Shopping Services (If Included)
When personal shopping is included within a subscription:
70% of the fee is collected as earned revenue by the stylist
30% is allocated as implied value toward the client’s wardrobe experience (time, sourcing, coordination, and shopping-related efforts)
All fees are considered earned once services are rendered.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Cancellations may be submitted via text message or through the designated online method.
Once a billing cycle begins, charges are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for:
Partially used months
Unused services
Scheduling delays
Client-initiated cancellations after billing
All subscription payments are non-refundable once billed.
Scheduling & Communication
By subscribing, clients agree to maintain consistent communication with the stylist regarding:
Scheduling
Wardrobe planning
Service needs and expectations
Lack of communication may impact service availability but does not qualify for a refund.
Note: Subscription plans do not include a no-show penalty.
Service Availability
All services are subject to stylist availability and scheduling capacity. While every effort is made to honor preferred dates and times, specific appointments are not guaranteed.​
Client Fit Clause
EnstyledbyV reserves the right to discontinue a subscription at any time if the stylist determines the professional relationship is no longer a creative, operational, or professional fit. In such cases, services will conclude at the end of the current billing cycle.
Policy Modifications
EnstyledbyV reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes when applicable.
